The academy offers room for your ideas. Mediterranean atmosphere combined with
extraordinary architecture makes it the ideal location for your event.
Situated in the centre of the Ruhr region, close to all important roads to
Dusseldorf, Cologne, Münster, Dortmund or Essen, the academy is easy to be reached.
Very convenient as far as public transportation goes, in addition there are 200
free parking places close by.
Conferences, seminars, workshops or festivities may be realized and make
your event a success.
The hotel has 171 single rooms with bath, shower, WC, tv, radio and telephone
and has also 5 rooms with special equipment for disabled guests.
Conference rooms:
Organisers of conferences and congresses can hire rooms when they are not in
use by the academy itself.
We have rooms from 16 – 106 m², with day-light and the possibility to darken
the rooms by blinds, all rooms are equipped with modern conference technology
A representative civic hall for all kinds of events :
Since 1999 our multi-purpose hall offers room here for various uses with
seating for up to 280, for festivals, parties, meetings, talks, theatre
and exhibitions. Its great advantage is its variability. More information
may be obtained from us.
Terraces, water, palms and a Mediterranean climate:
The place between civic hall and the library is ideal for exhibitions,
presentations and get-togethers. Your guests can walk around, enjoy themselves
and feel like being at the Mediterranean sea. You can hire the place when it
isn’t in general use.
