What does the BAMC do actually ?
The operating company academy Mont-Cenis was founded October 1999
by the state of North Rhine Westphalia and the City of Herne.
The company’s first responsibility is „management and marketing
of the Academy Mont-Cenis Herne“.
That means actually:

central administration of the building, i.e. facility management,
maintenance and repair,
-
Attending to clients and tenants
-
promotion, coordination and realization of seminars, conferences and events
Furthermore the BAMC presents the Academy in public and sees to public relations
(i.e. makes guided tours and gives detailed information about the project)
