Academy Mont-Cenis: Motor for continuous improvement

The continuing training academy of the Ministry of the Interior of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia sees itself as the motor for continous improvement in the administration.

The seminars and organization development projects which are offered here provide a systematic basis for qualitatively high-valued management of administrative tasks.

Apart the regular annual programme the continuing training academy offers custom-made seminars. That means consultations regarding organization development as well.

Conference centre:

The modern rooms create ideal accomodation, communications and learning conditions for students at the continuing training academy.

A full range of handicapped facilities has been integrated into the building.

The seminar area has the following facilities available:

- 12 group rooms,
- 12 seminar rooms,
-   8 service rooms und
- 10 discussion niches.

All rooms are equipped with the latest conference technology.

In addition, the civic hall (seats approx.250) can also be used for conferences.

Accomodation for students and teachers in 171 rooms are available.

5 rooms are especially equipped for disabled guests, there are also 10 rooms for „mother and child“.

If you wish, a day-care for your child can be organized. The catering takes place in the academy’s own restaurant.
